Just like you, I’ve gone through seasons of chaotic change. I have moved sixteen times! Since I was a child. Early on, I lived in a 500 square foot apartment in Vancouver. Only one person could stand in my kitchen, it was so tiny! Because of all this moving, I’ve had to learn how to declutter, purge, pack, unpack, and plan for small spaces.

Helping other people experience relief from the overwhelm, reclaim the space in their homes, and have renewed energy and joy for life, is profoundly moving for me.

There’s no need to feel embarrassed. This is tough for anyone, but it’s a crucial step in regaining control over your life.I was really honest with myself and resolved to not beat myself up over getting rid of (or donating) things I didn’t need — even if they were in good shape.

When you start to think of your things as part of an ecosystem for your life, it becomes easier to pare down to only the stuff you love.

We can design a life of less—and more. More of what you love, less of what you don’t. It’s a process, and we’re all in it together. And above all, relish in that deep joy and freedom that can come when we let go of the things that don’t matter to make way for what does.

My mission is to bring ideas to your life. It takes dedication, discipline, and focus. Becoming an expert requires a sincere, genuine desire to do the work. You’ll find that I’m reliable, hard-working, honest, and I don’t judge.
